This work forms part of the Business Area Enhancement Program (PVAE). In addition to the construction of the full lane roadway and parallel pathways, there will also be four roundabouts and access points will be re-established.
The project for this full lane road incorporates straight stretches between transition bends with radii of 100 m to 15.000 m. The longitudinal profile has gradients of between 0.57% and 7.00%, transitioned by vertical, concave and convex bends, with radii of between 300 m and 32.500 m. Transversally, the roadway is generally 10,00 m in width, has lanes of 7.00 m and shoulders of 1.50 m. Stretches also exist with slow lanes of 3.25 m in width. Final work will involve improvement of the EN303, and this stretch of road will include 1.50 m wide pavements and parking bays.

Roundabouts 1, 2 and 3 have a central island of 19.0 m radius and lanes of 5.90 m. Roundabout 4 has a central island of 10.00 m radius and lanes of 7.50 m in width.
It should be noted that in addition to the normal work involved in such work, the project also includes the following structures:

• Bridge over the Corredoras stream;

• Bridge over the Sapardos stream;

• Bridge over the Borzendes stream;

• Four standard special structures;

• Elevated pedestrian walkway.
